John. Kennide, a former president of America, delivered address about president’ special document of protecting consumers’ right on Congress on March 15, 1962. He first brought out the famous four rights for consumers: right to get safe ensure, right to require exact date, right to decide freely, right to give consumption opinion. Later Kennide’s ideas were recognized gradually by the consumption organization in the world and considered them as the primary working target.

of March as “International Consumers’ Right Day”-----TO PROPAGANDIZE AND PROMPT CONSUMERS’ RIGHT OF PROTECTION . “Interaction between people, products and technology exchange, and communication activities demand us tothink for the entire world. When this struggle will continue every day, we choose one day of each year making our voice for consumers heard in all fields. That is the sprite dynamic to endeavor for future duties”, the president of international consumers’ union organization, Pajin, said.
